CEN Reports - Report of CEN TC102/WG8 to CEN TC102Plenary meeting Washer disinfectors
Drafts of the above parts of the European standard for washer disinfectors were circulated to CEN TC 102 in June 1998, having been approved by WG8 to proceed to public enquiry. Washer disinfectors
WG8 agreed at its 12th meeting (August 1998, Denmark) that document N152 would be revised in the light of comments at the meeting and then submitted for approval to proceed to public enquiry. It was agreed that the revision would be made by A de Brujin and D Hurrell. It is anticipated that the revised document will be circulated during May 1999 for WG8 approval. At the meeting of ISO TC 198 WG 13 Washer disinfectors in Vancouver, September 1998, it was agreed that these three documents should be submitted as draft International Standards for vote in parallel with the prEN circulation. Following discussion of the draft document N154 at the 12th meeting of WG8, further work is being undertaken by France (Dr. L Pineau) and the UK (D Hurrell) to complete the draft. Circulation of the revised draft is anticipated in mid June 1999 and it is intended that this will be discussed at the next meeting of WG. The Convenor proposes that the next meeting of WG8 be held in Brussels on September 20th and 21st 1999, immediately following the ISO TC198 meeting. The main agenda item would be the draft of Part 4.
